STORE POLICY & TERMS OF USE

This website is operated by My Power Plane (“MPP”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to My Power Plane.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”, “Terms”), including any additional terms, conditions and policies referenced here or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation visitors, customers, and content contributors.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting updates to the website. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws) in connection with the use of our Service.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in the immediate termination of your access to our Service.

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks and may be adapted to meet technical requirements. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service or any contact on the website through which the Service is provided, without our express written permission.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION & AVAILABILITY

Certain products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. All products are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return & Refund Policy below.

We make every effort to display our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right to limit sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction and to limit quantities. We may discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service is void where prohibited.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be confident in trying My Power Plane. If you are not completely satisfied, please review the policy below for returns and refunds.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

​

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, not damaged, and in its original condition.

  • The product should be in its original packaging, including any inserts or accessories that were included in your order.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. 30-DAY FULL REFUND WINDOW

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery for a 100% refund of the product price, provided the item is:

  • Not damaged

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

​

Unless otherwise stated, shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

3. RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS

Returns requested after 30 days from the date of delivery may be accepted at our discretion and, if approved, will be subject to a $15 restocking fee per unit.

  • The same condition requirements apply: the item must be not damaged, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

We reserve the right to deny returns submitted after a reasonable period or if products show signs of excessive wear, misuse, or damage.

4. HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return, please email us at:

Include the following in your email:

​

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if damaged, defective, or opened)

We will reply with return instructions, including the return address and any additional details required to process your request. Please do not ship any items back without first contacting us, as this may delay or prevent processing of your refund.

5. REFUNDS

​

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

  • You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.

  • Please allow a standard processing window (typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer) for the refund to appear on your statement.

For returns received after 30 days that are accepted, a $15 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

6. EXCHANGES

We currently handle exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
If you would like to exchange an item (for example, due to a defect), please contact us at support@mypowerplane.com and we will help coordinate the best solution.

7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your product arrives damaged or you believe it is defective, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery at support@mypowerplane.com with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or video of the damage/defect

If the product is confirmed to be damaged or defective, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost to you, in accordance with applicable law and at our discretion.

8. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We reserve the right to designate certain items as final sale or non-returnable. Any such designation will be clearly noted on the product page at the time of purchase.
